All tours meet at the main square (Djemaa el-Fna) near the central fountain. You’ll receive a confirmation email with exact directions and a guide contact number after booking.

Our standard tours have a maximum of 12 guests to keep the experience intimate and personal. Private tours are available for up to 6 guests with a dedicated guide.

All tours are conducted in English by default. French and Arabic are also available on request — please indicate your preferred language at the time of booking.

Yes, our tours are family-friendly and suitable for children aged 6 and above. Children under 12 receive a discounted rate. Please let us know when booking so we can tailor the pace accordingly.

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. In the event of extreme weather, we’ll reschedule at no cost to you.

Tips are not included in the tour price and are entirely optional. If you feel your guide went above and beyond, a tip is always appreciated — but never expected.

We recommend comfortable walking shoes and modest clothing (covered shoulders and knees) as we visit religious and traditional sites. Bring a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water for full-day tours.
